Today Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday is observed. His vision of non-violent social change did not apply to just blacks in America or those in South Africa, it can be applied globally. His vision is not a classically Romantic vision, but one that is highly important if humanity is to survive.
It is very easy to be a murderer. It is very difficult to love one's enemy. Hate the enemy's deeds, not the enemy.
